SightCall for Outlook simplifies scheduling and adding SightCall session links to Microsoft Outlook calendar events. Using this add-in, you can:
- Create a new event and add a SightCall session link
- Enable a waiting room for the scheduled SightCall session
- Add a SightCall session link to an existing event
NOTE: This feature is available in the SightCall Enterprise and Premium Editions.
Any event updates are automatically populated to the SightCall session information.

Requirements
To access the SightCall for Outlook add-in, the Microsoft system administrator of your organization needs to add an app in the Microsoft Azure portal.
Limitations
The SightCall for Outlook add-in has the following limitations:
- Only one-to-one calls can be scheduled
- Only a single event can be scheduled (no recurring events)

Deleting the SightCall Appointment from the Location field from an event removes event synchronization with the SightCall platform
Installing the add-in
This add-in works in Outlook 2013 or later on Microsoft Windows, Outlook 2016 or later on macOS, and Microsoft Outlook Web.
The SightCall for Outlook add-in can be installed using one of the following methods:
- Directly from the Microsoft AppSource store
- From the desktop apps on Windows and Mac laptops
- From the Outlook Web browser app
Installing from Microsoft AppSource
To install SightCall for Outlook directly from Microsoft AppSource:
- Open a browser to this webpage (login required).
- Select Get it Now.
- Sign into Microsoft AppSouce.
- If prompted, enter profile information and select Continue.
- If prompted, select the desired Microsoft account.
- Select Open in Outlook Web to use the add-in.
Installing the SightCall for Outlook add-in from the desktop app
You can install the SightCall for Outlook add-in from the Add-ins for Outlook page.
To install the SightCall for Outlook add-in:
- Select Get Add-ins on the Home ribbon.
- Search the catalog for SightCall for Outlook.
- Select SightCall for Outlook and select Get it now.
- Follow the prompts to install the add-in.
Installing the SightCall for Outlook add-in using the browser app
If you are using Outlook through a browser such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, you can install the add-in from the Outlook Calendar.
To install the SightCall for Outlook add-in, you can do this through email or calendar.
Through email:
- Open your email at https://outlook.office.com
- Select New Message
- Select the More options (...) menu in the editing bar.
- Select Get Add-ins and search for SightCall.
- Follow the prompts to install the add-in.
Through the calendar:
- Navigate to your calendar: https://outlook.office.com/calendar
- Select New Event.
- Select the More options (...) menu in the ribbon.
- Select Get Add-ins and search for SightCall.
- Follow the prompts to install the add-in.
