The Visual Support app and the SightCall app for iOS have been updated to version 4.0. This update corrects several issues.
As of April 2022, minimum support will be updated from iOS 9 to iOS 13. For more information, refer to this article.

Corrected an issue that caused a guest to not receive a request for GPS use at the start of a call.

When using a link to join a visual support session, the Connect link did not open the Visual Support app to start the session. This issue has been fixed.

Fixed an issue caused by an incorrectly handled request. The agent requested that the guest shared an image from their gallery. If the guest collapsed the sharing drawer manually, then the agent console did not handle the request correctly.

Corrected an issue that did not allow the device camera to submit a picture or video when using a FIle Upload use case.
