If you receive an invitation link from SightCall Agent to connect to a video call using No-App connection mode and you encounter an issue that when you click the link, the SightCall smart banner does not show up in your Safari browser, then it means that your Safari browser is set up to be in Private mode at the time. Visually, you can determine if Private browsing is active by looking at the background color of the URL address bar. If it's black background, then it means Private browsing is on. If it's gray, then it means Private browsing is off.
