If after opening a link to connect, the Smart Banner to connect to the call does not show up, the most likely scenario is that you have opened the link in a Private Navigation window or another browser than Safari.
Visually, you can determine if Private browsing is active by looking at the background color of the URL address bar. If it's a black background, then it means Private browsing is on. If it's gray, then it means Private browsing is off.
