Microsoft has announced Internet Explorer 11 support will end on August 17, 2021. SightCall is ending support for Internet Explorer on August 17, 2021. This affects systems running Microsoft Windows.

While SightCall may continue to function in Internet Explorer 11 after August 2021, no further support or updates will be provided for Internet Explorer after this date.
Required action
To continue using SightCall services, migrate to one of the supported browsers. SightCall recommends using Microsoft Edge (based on Chromium) and Google Chrome.
Once you have installed your browser, sign in to the SightCall console, https://console.sightcall.com. You will be prompted to install the SightCall extension for your browser and the SightCall plugin.
