SightCall provides a robust feature set to enhance communication between an agent or expert in the office and a user on site or in the field. The exact features available depend upon how the agent and user connect their session.
Most agents use a desktop browser with the SightCall Chrome extension and the SightCall video plugin. When an agent initiates a session with a guest, the guest can connect to the session using either the Visual Support app or a browser that uses the WebRTC protocol. The Visual Support app provides more features than the browser connection.
