If you're a mobile agent and your guest clicks on the invite link you sent but the call does not start, then applying the following steps may help to resolve the issue:
- Log out from the SightCall app.
- Re-register your mobile device.
- Make sure SightCall app has all access on iOS settings or Android settings.
- Make sure there is no security software installed on the mobile agent device. If a security software is installed, try to uninstall or disable it.
- Make sure the mobile agent Internet Provider doesn't block network traffic or access from SightCall app. Contact the Internet Provider support to make sure such blocking does not exist.
