When you are setting up a user in the admin portal, you can select which Profile or license type they will be using. The options are:
- Standard: The default profile enables the user to perform Visual Support calls
- Multiparty: On top of being able to perform Visual Support calls, the user can be assigned multiparty use cases that will enable them to add attendees to the call
- Multiparty & Recording: Combines the ability to perform and record multiparty calls. A user with this profile can be assigned a use case that is set up for recording.
Note that if you have a multiparty or recording use case, make sure that the user has the appropriate license type in order to be associated with that use case.
