When you are setting up a user in the admin portal, you can select which "Profile" or license type they will be using. The options are :
- Standard : the default profile enables the user to perform Visual Support calls
- Multiparty : On top of being able to perform Visual Support calls, the user can be assigned multiparty usecases that will enable them to add attendees to the call
- Recording : Combines the ability to perform multiparty calls with the ability to have those calls recorded too. A user with this profile can be assigned a usecase that is set up for recording.
Note that if you have a multiparty or recording usecase, you will need to make sure that the user has the appropriate license type in order to be associated with that usecase.
