The SightCall admin console offers many export functionalities, here is a general outline and description of each option:
The Export Tab
Available here: https://admin.sightcall.com/export
This export page lists Weekly reports for cases, recordings and connections made through the SightCall platform. They are not customizable.
They are made available every Monday for the week prior.
The Export functionality
Most places where you see a list in the admin portal, there should be the option to export the results to an excel sheet.
For example, if you would like to export the list of case reports from a certain date to another, you can navigate to the case-reports tab (https://admin.sightcall.com/case-reports) and select "Export".
Note: This export does not contain all the fields that might be available, it contains the fields visible in the list.

Finally, the option with the most flexibility is to use our REST API, the documentation of which is available here: https://admin.sightcall.com/api-documentation/v2/resources
