In order to enable OCR functionalities in a SightCall session, you will need to change the following in your use-case, you can find a list of all your use-cases here: https://admin.sightcall.com/usecases Select or create the one for which you would like to enable the OCR functions.
1. Navigate to Step 1 "Setup"
At Step 1 "Setup", under "OCR and QR code" you will want to set the correct OCR dimensions, so that only a subset of the picture area will be used for OCR, for increased reliability and efficiency. We have some presets defined, but you may also wish to set your custom width/height ratio. We've found that the default box is sufficient for most use cases.
2. Navigate to Step 3 "Console controls"
You will then want to navigate to Step 3 "Console controls" in order to add the following 2 controls as part of the usecase:

Once you're done, make sure to submit and save your usecase, it will be available the next time an agent reloads the console page or logs in.
