Below are the step-by-step instructions to get the logs from the Visual Support (or any branded app) app.
1. On your iPhone or iPad, open "Settings", scroll down through your list of apps and select "Visual Support"
2. Select "Debug Mode"
3. Go to the Visual Support App, you will now see a new "Send Log" text/button in the App:
4. Click on "Send Log" to open up the iOS Share Screen, from which you will be able to send the logs using an email app or other.
You can then attach those logs to your Support Request for a deeper understanding of the issue.
