In order to be GDPR compliant, you have the possibility to remove/redact identifying information from case reports including email addresses, GPS information, references, Names, etc.
To do this, you can use the API.
You can also do it manually through the Admin Portal, by navigating to the 'Cases' tab, selecting the cases you wish to redact, and clicking 'Redact'.
Note: This will delete all personal or identifying information about the guest and the agent from the selected case reports. This step cannot be undone. If you wish, you can download the cases first (again either through the API or the Admin Portal).
