How-to Report Issues on SightCall for Salesforce?

Can't find an answer to your question in the existing SightCall for Salesforce documentation or in the community?

Please file the ticket form on this site or email us directly at support@sightcall.com

Please do not forget to specify your Salesforce Organisation details i.e OrganisationId and SalesforceInstanceURL in order to facilitate the whole process.
 

You will, within a couple of minutes, receive an email acknowledging your ticket creation. From now on, it is highly recommended (but not required) that you create an account on the Help Center, which will allow you to manage your incidents.
