Does SightCall for Salesforce support ScreenSharing?

Yes, both agent and visitors would have to download our RTCC Driver (fmk WeemoDriver), in order to be able to share any applications. 


If the Agent doesn't have the RTCC driver (fmk WeemoDriver) yet, he can download it by clicking on Download Clint from the agent console


If the Visitor doesn't have the RTCC Driver (fmk WeemoDriver) yet, the Agent can offer a download of the WeemoDriver if the session started as a text chat session. Agent clicks the Send Client Download Link button to accomplish this and then the client can quickly download the driver
