How to report issues to SightCall?

Can't find an answer to your question in the existing documentation or in the community? You can open a ticket to the SightCall Customer Support Team.

To proceed, just follow these steps: 

  1. "Sign in" on your account on the admin Portal (
  2. Chose the "Support" menu and fill all the mandatory fields.
  3. Click on the "Submit" button

You will, within a couple of minutes, receive an email acknowledging your ticket creation.
