To proceed, just follow these steps:
- "Sign in" on your account on the admin Portal (https://admin.sightcall.com)
- Chose the "Support" menu and fill all the mandatory fields.
- Click on the "Submit" button
You will, within a couple of minutes, receive an email acknowledging your ticket creation.
